Join Emily Killeen and Leah Lipson for a cacao celebration and yoga experience on Sunset Cliffs- Sunday, October 10th 4-6pm. The Experience:The evening will begin as we each enjoy a delicious ceremonial grade cacao elixer along with intention setting and a sacred sharing circle. With our hearts open we'll transition into an all-levels yoga flow practice guided by Emily Killeen that incorporates uplifting music and inspirational love and kindess affirmations. As the sun sets we'll experience a super-sweet, sound healing savasana guided by Leah Lipson that will have you feeling grounded, open and free! When we come together as a community in this way, it not only benefits our own mind, body and soul but our love and intentions have a ripple effect and beneift those around us as well.
