We are now hiring another superintendent or Asst Auper to join our busy team, here in Ada County. We are a residential new construction company. Pay DOE • Minimum two years’ experience as a superintendent • Willing to train someone with basic construction knowledge for the Assistant Super • Inspect sites daily insuring company standards are met or exceeded • Communicate expectations to the subcontractors and follow-up • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Excellent customer service and relationship building • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple interruptions/distractions • Reliable team player with positive attitude
