Description

Join us for an evening of self-discovery as Certified Enneagram coach Mary Wright walks you through the nine types and how they interact. Do you know what your best traits are? What drives you to be the best version of yourself? How about the days when you know you could have done better - whether it's your own inner critic, your significant other or your boss that you feel you let down? Would it help to have a better idea of your own personal pitfalls and how to be more aware of personality traits that lead you to make the same mistakes over and over again? The Counseling and Wellness Center at CCPC invites you to join us for an interesting evening of self-discovery as you learn about the Enneagram, a dynamic personality typing system which describes nine different personality styles, or ways of seeing the world. Combining spirituality and modern psychology, the Enneagram is a powerful tool for understanding ourselves and others. The nine types are interconnected and teach us about how we think, feel, and behave under optimal circumstances as well as in times of stress. An Introduction to the Enneagram will illuminate the nine types of personality and will help you to better understand your own motivations, while helping you to increase compassion toward others in your life. Mary Wright, M.A. is a Certified Enneagram teacher and coach with a Master’s degree in Counseling. Mary completed her training at the Narrative Enneagram School in both the Enneagram Teacher and Enneagram Practitioner programs, studying directly under pioneer, Helen Palmer. She holds her Advanced Enneagram Coach Certification from the Enneagram in Business and is YEC Certified. In addition, she has studied extensively at the Enneagram Institute under Russ Hudson, the Enneagram Prison Project with Susan Olesek, and the Enneagram Center for Transformation and Well Being with Michael Naylor. Mary’s work at CCPC focuses on helping clients identify and work with their Enneagram type. Working with the Enneagram helps clients to identify ways in which their point of view becomes rigid or stuck in automatic habits. The Counseling and Wellness Center at CCPC consists of a team of passionate, professional psychologists, counselors and coaches dedicated to helping clients move from the sticking points in their life and learn more about themselves in the process. We offer mental health services, health coaching and Enneagram coaching for individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. Our therapists have a wide variety of specialties ranging from kids to adults in both English and Spanish. We endeavor to remain respectful, non-judgmental, positive, and empathetic for each of our clients. In addition to self-pay and insurance, we also offer financial support through our scholarship fund to ensure quality care if made available to everyone seeking help. The Christian Center of Park City is a non-profit organization based in beautiful Park City, Utah. For over 16 years, the Christian Center has “met people at their point of need as an expression of God’s love” through our services—counseling, food pantry, clothing, and more!
