**EXPERIENCED MARINE SERVICE MANAGER/TECHNICIAN WANTED*** We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who has excellent problem-solving skills, someone willing to learn new things and who takes pride in their work. A self-starter with good time management skills willing to work additional hours on nights and weekends when necessary. Job Requirements: -Have a minimum of five years marine service experience working on yachts with prior management experience. -Must possess own tools. -Possess a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to be on company insurance. Job duties consist of -removing, installing, and diagnosing marine exhaust systems. -Managing personnel which consists of daily scheduling, training, and disciplinary action. -Possess skills in rigging equipment for removals and installs of exhaust systems. -Ability to read and write English -Ability to work with mathematical equations. -Travel required at times. -Company vehicle (service van) will be provided during working hours. *Complete Benefit package available after 60 days introductory period. *Hours of operation Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM *Drug Free workplace *Compensation based on skill set ** Please note this is a labor-intensive position. ** The position will consist of being able to stand, squat and maneuver into small places.
