2021 Homestead Rd. Fall Festival! Urban Community Network is a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to build safe, healthy, and sustainable communities where youth and their families can thrive. At Urban Community Network, we believe that strengthening indigenous support systems surrounding at-risk young people by providing critical resources that can aid in their long-term development and overall success. UCN envisions a world where incarceration is no longer a primary response when dealing with at-risk youth. The over-reliance on the juvenile justice system is harmful, ineffective, and costly to our communities. Our first annual 2021 Homestead Rd. Fall Festival will not only help raise funds for our Juvenile Justice system reform efforts, but it also will raise awareness to do more good in the fifth ward area. We’re proud to announce that this year’s event will be held on October 30 at 11510 Homestead Rd (in the lot) at 12:00pm-5:00pm. It wouldn't be a fall festival without hay rides, trunk or treat, sack racing and more fun! Plus $100 GIFT CARDS FOR COVID 19 VACCINES! With your help, we’re one step closer to Juvenile Justice reform!
