Part time cleaner desired for short term residential rental properties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Bathroom cleaning (all surfaces) Vacuuming/sweeping/mopping all floors and stairs as needed in units and common areas Cleaning of all counters, tables, and surfaces General tidying of all areas Wash and put away any dirty dishes left by guests Replenishing items consumed by guest (coffee, tea, laundry detergent, dish washer tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) Strip beds of all dirty linens and replace with clean linens Taking out trash Laundry services for bedding and towels (washing, drying, folding, placing folded laundry in bins) Window cleaning, dusting, and general cleaning as needed Completing checklist for each cleaning Informing management of any items damaged or stolen by guests Days of the week are variable based on guest bookings. All unit cleanings must be performed and completed between 10am and 3pm on days that guests check out. Must have great attention to detail and good communication skills. No smoking in any of the units or on any of the premises (including driveways and yards) All applicants must have their own transportation For all responses, please include your information about yourself, information on any previous cleaning experience, hourly rate requirements, and availability information
