Location: Southern Maryland Southern Maryland based Epoxy Flooring Manufacturer and Installer is seeking full-time skilled epoxy flooring technician/installer who has in depth knowledge of the epoxy flooring industry and Decorative River pour counters/ tables on varies surfaces. Requirements: * Knowledge of and skilled in installing Epoxy Decorative Flooring Systems, self-leveling mortars, urethane mortar trowel downs, coatings. * Must have a clear understanding of surface preparation, familiar with using diamond grinders to properly prepare a concrete surface. * Must have a valid working driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. * Must be able to communicate well with fellow workers, foreman or lead installer, and the customer and/or the General Contractor. * Must be willing and able to sell and build additional business for the division *Must be organized, care for equipment and Resident properties. Job Details: * Job requires travel within 50 mile radius. * Job requires lifting and moving 50 lb. buckets and drums. * Work week is 40-60 hours. Some weekends required. * All expenses paid including per diem. * Understanding of the checklist of what is needed for the project, and once at project site, what is needed for the day. * Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company's procedures. * Must be skilled in the installation of all resinous flooring systems, urethane cement, trowel downs, self-leveling mortars * Housekeeping details are very important especially in the mixing of materials area. * Keep tools organized and clean tools when needed. * Knowledge of Loading and Unloading trucks of epoxy materials and tools. * Understanding the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project file. * Ability to accept and read a company email. Ask questions about job if you are unclear. * Ability to read, understand and sign off on company handbook. * Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job.
