JOB TITLE: Handyman Technician GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Skilled hands and technical knowledge are a must. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Proven experience as handyman Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Basic math skills Good communication ability Tech savvy /able to utilize tablet/computer. Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent preferred MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Day to day scheduling and operations. General knowledge of Residential minor home repairs QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB: Hand tool knowledge and skills Parts and material function and installation Excellent communications and client relations skills Good driving Record Company driven and willingness to advance Organization and attention to detail a must Experience: 5 year in home repair KEY COMPETENCIES: Organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills exceptional communication skill, attention to detail and organizational skills a must, customer relation skills, high pressure sales, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 50 lbs., use of ladder, stand for long periods of time, extender periods in seated position and working on computer programs, driving, bending, stretching, extended work hours and travel.
