Installer/Field Tech Encompass Door & Awning Division JOB SCOPE: The new hire will be responsible for installation and service of garage doors, overhead doors, awnings and sunrooms. These will be residential, as well as commercial, applications on both new construction and remodels that often require customization in the field. Hire will also be responsible for maintaining company vehicle and company tools. Other duties will include warehouse receiving, material deliveries and providing support to other divisions within Encompass Enterprises. Hire MUST carry themselves as the face of the company. Opportunities within the company for advancement, and this should be a career, not just a job. REQUIREMENTS: -Basic computer/smartphone knowledge -Construction and/or mechanical knowledge -Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds, consistently -Ability to ascend and descend a step ladder -Clean driving record -High school educated -Responsible and self-starter TRAINING: On site training will provided. WORK WEEK: Typically Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend if needed. Hours may vary by preference and clients. SALARY: Starting salary is $18/hr for first 90 days and will be reviewed after completion of 90 days
