This ticket includes general admission to Super Saturday with a live workout with Autumn Calabrese. Will Coaches have the option to take photos with Autumn? Due to the current climate surrounding the COVID 19 pandemic, there will NOT be an opportunity to take photos with Autumn. What COVID 19 policies and procedures will be in place at the Westin? Face Coverings: Per the Westin, vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. They do ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel. Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: The Westin has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Electrostatic Spraying: The Westin is utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Because of COVID 19, there is NO valet service available for parking at the Westin. Self parking is available, nightly rates apply. Street parking is available and many parking garages are nearby. What should I wear / bring to the event? Casual and/or Workout Clothes, notebook, pen/pencil, snacks and water and Energize. What is the refund/transfer policy? **There are no refunds for any reason; however, you may transfer or sell your ticket to another coach.** Please email your transfer request to [email protected].
