4th Annual National REIED Real Estate Investment & Economic Development Seminar This year’s Theme: “When the Village Rises'' stresses the dynamics of empowering emerging minority communities as their leaders strive to build back better their neighbors for the next generation. As in the past, this year’s seminar has been organized and sponsored by the United States Minority Contractors Association (USMCA), our newest strategic partners [ The P3 Group] in the construction, real estate, and financing industries. There is a fieriest urgency and demand for low-to- moderate housing solutions that drives the USMCA- REIED division and our partners to articulate and develop strategies that address specific disadvantaged communities of color to embrace a network of private and public entities, and contractors who are ready to invest in a city near you. This seminar is for persons who are ready to invest in the collective advancement of communities of promise. Participants will find that this seminar is structured to introduce the vision and mission of REIED and our strategic partners of renowned national keynote speakers, subject matter experts as panelists prepared to highlight techniques and tools from the real estate industry and build communities for turnkey opportunities in residential, industrial and commercial real estate revitalization.
