We will be interviewing RN's & Patient Care Techs.*Recent Pay Rate Increases*up to $5k for 1 year comparable experience and up to $15k for up to 3+ years comparable experience Please bring your own pen, a few copies of your resume, as well as copies of all licenses/certifications obtained. Masks will be required at this event. EDUCATION: High School degree or equivalent required for Patient Care Techs. Bachelor’s degree preferred for Registered Nurses. EXPERIENCE: Ability to speak and write English Language required. Bilingual preferred. BLS from the American Heart Association required within 30 days at time of hire or transfer for Patient Care Techs. Knowledge of medical terminology required. BLS & New Jersey Registered Nurse License required for Registered Nurse position. Patient Care education or direct patient care experience required. Interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with other team members. Candidates for this position must demonstrate the ability to be flexible, set priorities, solve problems and use good judgment in difficult situations. Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; incumbents within position will be trained appropriately and then skill will be required for this position within 30-60 days from date of hire.
