Rehoming chihuahua

PLEASE READ FIRST : I’m sadly wanting to rehome my chihuahua mix named Bambi, he is male and not yet neutered. He is up to date on all shots and has no health issues. I have only had him a little over a month and yesterday he bit my other chihuahua. The woman I got him from said he is about 3 years old and came from an abusive home as a puppy. The fight was because Bambi was on my lap and my other dog jumped up and Bambi didn’t want to share the attention. I know it can probably be fixed with training and lots of work but I no longer trust him around my dogs so because of this anyone considering adopting him will need to have no other dogs. We have two cats as well and he chases them playfully but hasn’t acted aggressive towards them. It is sad because 99 percent of the time he is the sweetest, most playful, cute little guy and so loving but its only when he has to share attention or food with the other male dog in the home that we have an aggression problem and I do not have the time and do not want anyone getting hurt to train the aggressiveness.
