If you've been feeling sluggish, insecure, anxious, or stuck in a rut lately, then this one's for you!
As we move through this 45-minute, Vinyasa style flow, we will work with poses that were chosen to bring balance to your root chakra and a sense of stability back into your life.
We will also be tuning into the healing properties of the Earth by using the Schumann Resonance Frequencies, or “Earth’s Heartbeat” , as our sound that we practice to.
Please bring a mat and any props you use and wear comfortable clothing.
If you want to feel more connected during this chakra balancing yoga class, try wearing red (color assigned to the root chakra) or any color that helps you feel safe and grounded :)
