Reptile Tank and/or Rat Manor for Sale

I have a brand new Thrive Front Double Door Opening Terrarium Desert Essentials Kit - 40 Gallon for sale. Never used. I saw it at petsmart and jumped the gun and bought it before I was ready to buy a reptile or even know what type of reptile I actually wanted. It won't come in the cardboard case I got it in, but it has everything it came with. The tank, big hide, water and food dish, 2 thermos/hydrometers, two 8.5 lamps with the bulbs it came with. (100w basking bulb and 26w uvb light) and the repticarpet as well. I paid $239 for it but I can go a little lower (not crazy lower). I also have the Rat Manor I also got a while back from petco. I bought this one also too early and decided against getting rats for now. Its not mandatorily for rats, but thats what it is called. It will come in its original box. I paid $120ish for that, but I will go for $100 obo (again not crazy lower). I can probably do a special deal if you buy both, but willing to sell separately as well.
