Seeking to learn how to evaluate grapes in the march toward Harvest? Join us for Vineyard Camps at Broken Rock Vineyard. Looking to roll up sleeves? We’re hosting Harvest Vineyard camps at Broken Rock Vineyard. We’ll caravan to Broken Rock Vineyard to learn viticultural do's and don'ts leading up to the pick date. At Broken Rock, we’ll explore tools of the trade while detailing soil types, rootstocks, trellising systems, irrigation programs and viticultural philosophy. Vineyard camps are open to Foundry Clients, Club Members and their friends and families. The Wine Foundry is a custom winery located in the heart of Napa, California. Everything short of growing the grapes happens within our winery walls. Clients from around the world participate as much or as little as they like in winemaking activities from sorting, punchdowns and pressing, to private blending sessions with our award-winning winemaking team. Inside the winery, The Wine Foundry maintains a temperature and humidity controlled barrel room, a cold room, an in-house lab for wine analysis and our own bottling line. The winery utilizes the most state-of-the-art winemaking equipment available including vibrating destemmer and sorting line for double sorting, computer programmable bladder presses and the Foss Wine Scan. These on-premise assets allow The Wine Foundry precise control over the winemaking process and enable our clients to create the highest quality of wines possible.
