Landmark Cleaning is currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor who is energetic and highly motivated to join our cleaning team. This is a night position starting at 5:45 pm, Monday through Friday. Usually 4-5 hours per night (when work is complete). A successful candidate for this role will have: • Experience in cleaning and supervision • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or be able to provide legitimate evidence of a medical or religious exemption. • Be a good role model • High school degree or equivalent • Must possess excellent communication skills • Must have good interpersonal attributes such as being responsible, dependable, patient, and confident. You must get along easily with people and be easily approachable. • Must be outstanding when it comes to organization and coordination of both humans and their activities. • Excellent decision-making ability • Must have the ability and willingness to work as part of a team and most importantly lead a team. As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for: • Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.) • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects • Supervising cleaning staff by allocating tasks and responsibilities to enable all cleaning to be carried out in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. • See that all areas are clean, lights are off, and building is locked and secure. • Be familiar with the safe use of cleaning products and equipment and communicate to staff. • Ensure that cleaning is performed using only approved products and equipment supplied by Landmark Cleaning. • Ensure cleaning staff awareness of any relevant risk assessments, safety data sheets (SDS) and or training required in advance of undertaking any cleaning task. • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and returned to store by cleaners upon completion of each cleaning task. • Inform management when stock levels are getting low. • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
