Join Serena Elizabeth of Steel Mace Flow, Beyah Del Mundo of Slush Ropes and Danielle Gertner of Primal Play for an experience unlike any other. In this full-day workshop you will walk away with the confidence and knoweldge on how to tap into Steel Mace Flow, Primal Play,and Rope Flow. Learn the principles of Flow State; and what it means to live the Warrior Way.
In addition to building movement skills, this workshop will provide the attendee with a direct line to Flow State by way of 3 unique movement modalities. Each modaility, able to utlize the principles of Flow State, and each individual practice utilized to build strength, passionately play, and revel in the expression created by your own energy in motion.
The day will be divided into 3 parts, giving you the opportunity to connect on a deeper level with each modality. By the close of the day you will have learned 3 flows, one Steel Mace Flow, one Primal Play Flow, and one Rope Flow. You will also walk away with a greater ability to drop into Flow State, and utilize the W.W methods to channel your very own Warrior Way.
