I'm looking for drivers for two days in October.

I'm looking for a couple of local people to work as drivers for two days in October. I setup a large booth at New York Comic Con at the Jakob Javits Center in New York City. Unfortunately with the union rules for the building taking a large U-Haul truck is very cost-prohibitive. The alternative is using 9 foot U-Haul vans. The issue with vans is they have to be returned to where you rent them, so I need drivers that can do a round trip for the setup day and breakdown day. The first day would be Tuesday October 5th. The second day is Monday October 11th. The October 5th day will require driving down into NYCC very early (leaving Connecticut between 4-4:30 AM) so we can get in line, as that’s how the union allows us in. Getting there that around 6AM usually gets us in by around 11AM (so once you arrive its just time spent sitting in the van). The second trip on the 11th would be a little later in the day, looking at arriving in NYC between 11:00 AM - Noon. That day is just having my staff load the van when you arrive and having you drive it back to the shop in Newtown. The vans would need to be picked up at my shop in Newtown (64 Barnabas Rd - which is right off exit 9 on I-84), driven to the Javits Center and then back to the shop. They can be returned and left here, parked in the back of the shop, and then picked up Monday for another round trip to the Javits Center and back to Newtown. I only need people to drive the vans, my crew at the Javits will take care of the loading and unloading of the vans. A valid, clean driver’s license would be required.
