DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: -Review job files upon receipt to ensure quality and meet timetables. -Schedule re-measures with customer. Establish customer expectations and build rapport. -Upon re-measure, make certain all measurements fall within Sales Representatives specified measurements. -Provide all necessary materials needed to obtain permits to Project Coordinator. -Schedule directly with customer, or through Project Coordinator, all necessary steps in job installation. -Supervise sub-contractors in accordance with company policies and procedures to guarantee customer satisfaction. -Assist staff and/or sub-contractors to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems. -Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide sub-contractor training. -Responsible for meeting department productivity and quality goals. -Communicate with Project Coordinator, Sales Representatives and Managers. -Assist crews with proper load out, ensuring correct materials are issued to jobs. -Walk crew through job expectations and contract prior to job start. -Input customers information into our computer systems -Pull information to help management complete reports -Timely entering of information so our customers are called as soon as possible -Other duties as assigned or reassigned by direct supervisor or senior management. QUALIFICATIONS: -Previous experience in home remodeling -Some weekends may be required -Years of experience working in an home remodeling environment in a similar role -Extreme time management and organizational skills -Strong communication skills (written and verbal) -Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming manner -Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company! EDUCATION: H.S. Diploma or GED; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical Demands: While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to move around, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
