I'm in need of hiring an experienced handyman with a strong construction background. You’ll be working independently at a project on a punch list or performing general maintenance at our properties. Tools must be provided by contractor. - Must knowledgeable in minor plumbing repair - Must knowledgeable in minor EE (light switches, plugs, fixtures) - Finish kitchen tile surround - Finish shower surround - Install Appliances - Trips to Home Depot to get small items to finish - General carpenter Jobs are available across Houston and you'll need reliable transportation. You'll work on a single family houses for house flipping company. Guarantee 30 hours a day, or 3 days a week at minimum at $225 per day (10 hr days including drive time). Potentially could grow into 6 days Project Manager with experience and performance.
