Moderator: Andy Purcell, Business Consultant, Total Computer Solutions Panel: Robert Young, Attorney, Carruthers & Roth, is a litigator specializing in commercial and construction matters, landlord-tenant disputes, insurance defense, and medical malpractice defense. He frequently joins his colleagues at Carruthers & Roth in representing physicians, physician groups, and other medical professionals in negligence actions, HIPAA and data privacy issues, and various risk management issues. In addition to healthcare professionals, his clients include insurance companies, landlords, employers, and employees. Robert also counsels clients on issues related to Cybersecurity, cyber liability, and data privacy. In addition, he helps them identify and mitigate risks associated with data collection and maintenance. Robert earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from Campbell Law School. Ryan Forrester, Cyber Insurance Specialist, Coalition, consists of creating and maintaining relationships with both existing and new brokerage partners and customers. By maintaining a deep understanding of Coalition's solutions, Ryan seeks to support brokers in solving cyber risk for their clients. Before Coalition, Ryan spent three years as an Underwriter on the Cyber and Tech team at Beazley, a specialty insurance company. Lance Cancro, Managing Partner, Home Front Enterprises, has over 25 years leading IT Governance, ITIL Service Management, and Information Security programs for fortune 100 companies. From frontline management of international support teams to technical thought leadership as the CIO for three ventured backed software development tech startups, I have built an evolving knowledge base and unique perspective working both inside and as a customer of information supply chains. My current project, HFE CS LLC, services small to medium-sized businesses' IT Risk Management needs, focusing on information security, proactive threat treatments, and employee training. My passion is connecting with business leaders to build strong, well-governed enterprises by developing their most incredible resource - people. Ian Collins, Information Security Manager, Total Computer Solutions, started his career in the military intelligence field and took his technical experience into the world of Cybersecurity. From that, he has developed his expertise in leading IT Governance initiatives and building comprehensive security programs from a managed IT security provider's perspective. His objective is securing IT business solutions. Agent Adam Scholtz, Cyber Crime Investigator, FBI, has been working for the FBI since 2004. His investigative background includes White Collar Crime, Public Corruption, Counterterrorism, and Cyber Crime programs. He is currently assigned to the Greensboro Resident Agency of the FBI's Charlotte Field Office. His current focus is on investigating Cyber Crime. The event is free, and a continental breakfast will be provided. This event will be adhering to the rules of Revolution Mill's COVID guidelines and policies at the time of the event.
