As a 501C3 Statesville Upper Room Ministries is required to hold a public Board of Director's meeting, annually. During the meeting the current Board of Director's presents the budget, iintroduces new board members and votes on Executive Officers. There will be a presentation about the Upper Room and a question and answer time. This meeting is open to the public. Refreshments are served.
