Wellness Wednesday Yoga at 1440 – a new community wellbeing program – is a great opportunity to enjoy one of our popular teacher-led signature yoga classes, refuel with a seasonal house-made juice blend formulated by our 1440 campus nutritionist, and cool down with an optional redwood nature walk on the 1440 campus before settling in at Common Grounds Patio fire pits with a book or engaging conversation with newly found friends. Whether you are a remote worker, a stay-at-home parent or a small team of colleagues seeking an immersive outing, Wellness Wednesday Yoga at 1440 provides a nourishing opportunity for a little you-time while connecting with others who share a hopeful and healthy like-heartedness.
