Summary Alliance Roofing is a company that specializes in roofing. We are looking for a highly-motivated, honest, and capable Roofing Sales Specialists to join our team. As a Sales Estimator (Outdoor Roofing Salesperson) with Alliance Roofing, you will be responsible for managing and pursuing sales leads for exterior projects including roofing and gutters. We will provide you with the tools to succeed, but the limits of your success will be contingent on your own motivation and initiative. **Please note this is a full time COMMISSIONED ONLY sales position. Job Responsibilities · Pursue roofing sales leads as assigned. · Contact leads, schedule appointments, provide estimates, and collect payments · Document all sales activities · Meet or exceed monthly sales goals · Act as the point of contact for customers throughout construction projects · Communicate with manager, office personnel, · Generate your own leads during down time · Other duties as assigned · Pick up final payment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Self-motivation and initiative are a MUST! · Decision-making skills · Punctuality and commitment to appointments · Ability to learn and utilize computer software · Ability to communicate with customers, peers, and managers · Ability to generate leads independently · Positive attitude · Ability to follow directions and procedures Qualifications · Minimum 1 year SALES experience!
