All Hallow's Eve themed concert featuring seasonally sinister music by living composers, themed refreshments, & ghost stories by candlelight Join us for our second annual Octetoberfest complete with spooky vocal music by living composers, themed alcoholic and nonalcoholic libations, Bavarian pretzels, and tales of the allegedly haunted St. Mary's Episcopal Church. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Mask-wearing and the latest CDC guidelines will be enforced. KC VITAs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the continued creation and performance of new music. Through our public concerts, we provide an opportunity for contemporary composers to have their works performed and recorded by a professional ensemble, we give performers the chance to premiere new works in close collaboration with the composer, and we strive to make new music widely accessibly to our community.
