Move over wine, we believe beer is the superior food pairing partner. And by the end of this class, we think you will agree! While most people may think of wine when it comes to pairing a beverage with a great meal, there's a strong argument to be made that beer is by far the superior food partner. With its extensive range of flavors, aromas, carbonation, and alcohol strength - beer is the most varied beverage on earth. Whether it's a five course meal or a basic homemade burger, there's a beer made for it. In this class, we'll learn about the basic, yet important, elements to consider when looking for a great beer to pair with your meal. We will then explore these basic principles through a guided tasting that illustrate these concepts at play. Tickets are $25 and includes educational presentation, handouts, and beer tasting.
