CURRENTLY, WE'RE OFFERING A $500 SIGN-ON BONUS PAYABLE AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH ANOTHER $250 AFTER 180 DAYS. We are a 20-year-old, well-established company working for large apartment communities around metro Phoenix. One of the things we do is apartment cleanouts ("trash-outs" as they are called in the industry) where we remove all the items that residents leave behind and take them to a local landfill. We work across the entire Metro Phoenix area and are looking for ONE position on our trash-out crew. Another thing we do is pick up bulk items like mattresses and couches at apartment complexes and also take these items to a local landfill. We are seeking at least THREE helpers for our bulk item drivers. These are non-driving positions but having a clean driver's license is a bonus so you can eventually become or fill in for bulk item drivers. This is a reliable and stable full-time (40-45 hours per week) position. The hours for our trash out crews are anywhere from about 5 am-2 pm depending on how early we can access the apartment units and the hours for the bulk drivers start about 4 am and work to 12 or 1 pm. Workweek includes all days except Tuesday and Sunday. A cell phone is provided if needed. This is not seasonal work.
