SALEM, MA — A phone service interruption affected several Salem municipal departments — including police and City Hall — Monday morning. The police business line was out. Residents were advised to call 978-744-1212 with any non-emergency needs until the lines were restored. City Hall phone lines were down as well with residents asked to use email to contact anyone they were trying to reach. Contact information for each city department can be found here.
