Classified Realty Group welcomes new agents Lauren Higgins of Braintree and Stephanie MacFarland of Reading North Reading/Reading, MA (September 21, 2021)—Classified Realty Group recently announced two new agents have joined its residential real estate agency. Lauren Higgins of Braintree is teaming up with her sister Lindsay Higgins of Charlestown, who is also a realtor at Classified. Stephanie MacFarland of Reading is working as part of the Susan Gormady Group’s four-member team. “It’s always exciting to welcome agents that bring the same passion for the business and professionalism in working with clients. They’re wonderful additions to our internal teams and the communities we serve,” said Maureen Giuliano, Classified’s founder, broker/owner. Higgins and MacFarland are coming on board at Classified Realty as the independently owned and operated agency prepares to open its new Reading office at 130 Haven Street (moving from its 484 Main Street location). The new team members join more than 45 real estate colleagues at Classified in serving home buyers and sellers throughout Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, and southern New Hampshire. New agent bios: Stephanie MacFarland of Reading Stephanie has been selling real estate on the North Shore since 2013. Prior to launching her career in the industry, she worked at her family's business as the manager of Goodhearts Children's Shop in Reading. The specialty shop won many awards, including Best of the North Shore for several years and Massachusetts Retailer of the Year in 2008. Stephanie’s strong business and customer service background attracted her to the real estate business and working with both buyers and sellers. She prides herself on providing a very high-level customer experience for all her clients, excels at negotiating on their behalf, and strives to be their go-to resource. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, and public relations from Emerson College. Lauren Higgins of Braintree Lauren recently moved back to the South Shore from Tampa, Florida. For the last four years, she’s been a marketing and communications consultant, supporting commercial hospitality and retail business clients. Prior to her consulting role, she worked in sales, account management, and recruiting. Her interest in real estate began at a young age when she frequently accompanied her mother, who was a realtor at the time, to her real estate office in Quincy. Lauren has always enjoyed collaborating with people and helping them achieve their goals. She’s thrilled to be back in Braintree, working alongside her sister and Classified Realty colleague Lindsay, serving home buyers and sellers in and around her hometown. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Tampa and holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations.
