Visit the Pepper Ranch Preserve in Immokalee, FL to experience the annual bloom event of native Southeastern sunflowers. *Reservations Required* to attend this free event at the Conservation Collier Pepper Ranch Preserve. A reservation grants you access to the event for ONE VEHICLE during the two hour timeslot listed on your free ticket. The main event will take place Friday and Saturday October 8th and 9th. Entry is timed- reservations required ahead of time and access for vehicles will be permitted only during the times listed on your ticket. Bathrooms are available at the visitor center and port-o-potties will be placed at the viewing fields. No food or drink will be available at the preserve- please plan ahead to bring your own and pack out any trash. As you travel to the sunflower fields, spot deer, turkey, hawks, sandhill cranes and members of the resident cattle herd that call Pepper Ranch Preserve home. Questions? Visitors will travel along an unpaved wildlife drive through the preserve to reach the access points for viewing the best fields with blooms. Guests will have the opportunity to park and photograph the blooms alongside the drive and also take part in an optional 2-mile roundtrip hike to the best field only accessible on foot.
