MARLBOROUGH, MA — A Marlborough man and a Clinton woman were killed and two other local residents were injured in a hit-and-run collision near Hartford, Conn., on Sunday, according to police. Connecticut state police identified the victims in Sunday's incident as Alberto Gonzalez Jr., 47, of Marlborough, and Kariel Marie Torres, 25, of Clinton. A 27-year-old Worcester resident and a 22-year-old from Webster sustained minor injuries in the incident. According to Connecticut state police, the four victims were standing outside their car along I-91 in Wethersfield around 4 p.m. when a driver in a Honda CRV hit them. #CTtraffic I-91 Northbound is closed at Exit 25-26 in Wethersfield for an accident investigation.
