Before you know it, it will be that time of year again! The City of Malden Department of Public Works is looking to hire Contractors to plow and/or sand this winter. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must be fully equipped. Acceptable vehicles are pick-up trucks with an eight-foot plow, larger trucks with 26,000 GVW or greater, sanders, loaders and backhoes. The City of Malden requires certification of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage in the minimum amount of $500,000.
