Description
Are there specific nutrients for gene pathways? Find out as Dr. Judy Mikovits lays out specific gene pathways of disease and NF solutions. The relationship between the human genome, nutrition and health is more important now than ever in history. With the prevalence of chronic disease in the adult population and now rapidly growing in our children, it is vital to take a whole body, scientific approach to DNA communication, genes, supplementation intervention and nutrition. At this professional training event we will learn from one of the foremost experts in biochemical research, gene pathways and nutrition. Opening Act with be a 30-minute presentation from 9:30 am - 10 am with Jamie Dorely on quality of supplementation in the industry. This information is crucial when we are addressing genomic nutrition. 10 am - 12 pm SESSION: Dr. Mikovits will be mapping our gene pathways and those pathways when given to nutrient depletion or toxicity, may lead to chronic illness. She will also be offering solutions to these issues, using nutrition, supplementation and timing. 12 pm - 1 pm - Free health lunch served in house for live attendees 1 pm - 3 pm SESSION: Dr. Tracey Stroup will be covering product ingredients and the biochemical pathways of specific products and protocols to bring it all together for your patients and practice. We will be discussing whole-body science during this all-day event and innovating supplementation like never before. You can join us Live and in person, live stream or get the playback recording. One ticket price for your entire office. Don't miss this event! Dr. Judy Mikovits, PhD - Featured SpeakerJudy earned BA in Chemistry from University of Virginia in 1980 and a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology from George Washington University in 1992. Her PhD thesis defense changed the paradigm for therapeutic treatment of HIV. For this work, she was awarded the graduate student of the year in 1991. In her thirty-five-year quest to understand and treat chronic diseases, she has co-authored seminal papers culminating at least a decade of research in each of four fields: immunology, natural products chemistry, epigenetics, and HIV/AIDs drug development, in 1999, when she directed the Laboratory of Antiviral Drug Mechanisms in developing therapeutics and diagnostics for HIV/AIDS and AIDS associated malignancies. These are therapies that are still standard of care twenty-five years later and credited with saving millions of deaths from HIV/AIDS. In 2006, she became attracted to the plight of families with neuro-immune diseases including ME/CFS and Autism, and she has been primarily responsible for demonstrating the relationship between environmentally acquired immune dysfunction, chronic inflammation and these diseases. In 2014 she and Kent Heckenlively co-authored the book Plague. TRACEY STROUP, ND, CNHP, VP of MARKETING AND EDUCATION Tracey Stroup, ND, CNHP and V.P. Of Marketing and Education has been in the health and wellness field for over 25 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in the field of Exercise Kinesiology and a minor in food science.
