First, today's weather: Clear throughout the day. High: 65, low: 41. Here are the top stories in Madison today: A pedestrian hit and killed by a car on East Washington Avenue. Since the beginning of the year, six bikers/pedestrians have died. (Channel 3000) Ojibwe tribes filed a federal lawsuit against Wisconsin's wolf hunt, claiming it violates their treaty. Wisconsin is the only state that requires a wolf hunting season and groups like animals rights organizations, along with the six Ojibwe tribes, have filed lawsuits against it recently. (Cap Times) Over 250 attended Dane County Schools while they were infected with COVID-19 or shortly before they were infected, according to data from Public Health Madison and Dane County. This comes amid a spike in Madison students and teachers who were either infected or have to quarantine. (Wisconsin State Journal) The 'Forward' statues outside of the Capitol were resurrected Tuesday morning. The statues were removed last summer during protests.
