Turkey Smackdown With Thanksgiving being right around the corner, now is the time to determine how to prepare the guest of honor: the turkey. In this class, Sue Chef prepares five, juicy birds — using multiple methods for you to try, like brined, baked, smoked & fried. Blind-taste each one and determine which recipe you will go with this holiday! Sue Chef has selected naturally-raised, free-range birds for the ultimate flavor and quality. Each guest receives a recipe packet, ample samples, wines to pair, as well as an entire 12 lb. turkey to take home and thaw for your own Thanksgiving dinner! Our Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to class for a full refund. No refunds can be issued after the two-week window however you may transfer your ticket to another party at any time prior to class. The Culinary School at Isabel's and Sue Chef may cancel class at any time, for reasons unknown (such as weather, illness, mechanical issues, etc.) You will be personally notified via text or email and a full refund will be issued or class will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date.
