Holy Sheet-Pan Cooking Back by popular demand, Sue Chef demonstrates how to plan and cook an entire balanced, healthy meal — all on one sheet pan! The beauty of these recipes is that they all cook at the same temperature, on the same pan, and come out all at the same time. It’s a simple, fast, and convenient way to cook with less to clean up. Not to mention the tried-and-tested recipes are outstanding! Just to whet your palate, here are few of the meals you will experience: vegan sheet pan shawarma, chicken caprese baked with fresh mozzarella, butter-crusted baked cod with fingerling potatoes + baby zucchini, mongolian beef + broccoli. Our Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to class for a full refund. No refunds can be issued after the two-week window however you may transfer your ticket to another party at any time prior to class. The Culinary School at Isabel's and Sue Chef may cancel class at any time, for reasons unknown (such as weather, illness, mechanical issues, etc.) You will be personally notified via text or email and a full refund will be issued or class will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date.
