Create Your Own Wine! Join our Enologist as she guides you through the wine making process of blending the perfect bottle. Throughout the class you will be sampling a variety of wines while learning about wine styles and blending decisions. You will then get to blend your own bottle to take home with you. Wine making is truly in your hands as we will have red, white, dry, and sweet wine available to blend together. Flavor enhancements of Oak, cocao nibs, and spice will be available as well. Be bold and creative with a pumpkin spiced fall blend, or stick to something more traditional like a dry red blend. Small food pairing plates including cheese, chocolate, crackers, and fruits will be provided to help cleanse your pallet as you blend your perfect bottle. This is a 2 hr experience offered inside our Event Space. After the class you will be able to cork and cap your own bottle at our production bottling line. Guests of the class also receive a 10% discount on any Vineyard at Hershey wine they wish to purchase to take home and a free souvenir glass. The Vineyard & Brewery at Hershey was founded in 2012 and is Pennsylvania’s first all-in-one winery, craft brewery and cidery. The organization produces “the Pennsylvania wine that will change your mind” and artfully crafted microbrews and hard ciders.
