Participants will make & water bath can salsa & make mozzarella cheese! Products made by participants will be taken home by participants!
This hands on workshop will lead participants through the making and canning of salsa. Additionally, the participants will also learn to make mozzarella cheese. All products made by participants will be taken home by the participant.
The workshop will discuss food safety, recipe sourcing, canning safety and sterilization procedures for both activities.
