Press release from the Town of East Hampton: September 21, 2021  East Hampton Town's full ban on the use of gas-powered leaf blowers will be modified for the fall and winter season as of Sept. 20.   Beginning Monday, the gas-powered blowers may be used between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturdays.  Only homeowners or tenants may use them on their properties on Sundays or holidays, and then only during the hours between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.  These restrictions will be in place through May 19, when the full ban goes back into effect.   Access the town law here:https://bit.ly/3EvRDEL  This press release was produced by the Town of East Hampton.
