Brookhaven at Lexington, a prestigious, private retirement community in Lexington MA is currently seeking a Part Time Dishwasher. This position is 16-20 hours per week. We are currently seeking availability for shifts 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM or 5 pm to 9 PM or 11:30 to 8:00 PM and a candidate that is flexible 7 days a week to help support the needs of the kitchen. Sign on bonus available - between $500 and $1,000 depending on hours Paid after 3 and 6 months of employment Dishwasher Responsibilities: Clean dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment according to guidelines.Work as pot washer or dishwasher as assigned.Check and restock employee break room area.Set up and organize dish machine and pot washing area.Transport and wash tray-line trucks.Clean & organize storage areas.Put away dishes.Perform daily cleaning assignments.Record temperatures of dish machine and three compartments sink in log books.Clean and organize area before end of shift.Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times using proper food handling and storage procedures.Assist in stocking inventory as needed.Measure and record all refrigerator and freezer temperatures as needed.Return all cleaning chemicals to proper storage area
