If you are an independent person, working on any creative ideas or projects where you need to separate yourself from daily reminders of the real world; whether you are doing visual art, writing novels, or poems or screen play, or designing anything, this is the place for you. Once you close the door behind you, the rest of the world disappears. I have won some of the most prestigious awards for my art that I completed in this space. I take great care of my studio; it is super clean; and 500 sqft is the large front area of this total 840 sqft large studio. A beautiful chair with ottoman, some tables and other studio chairs are available if you would like to use. You can also use my microwave, toaster oven, utensils, plates, heater, etc., for your lunch or snack. The entire building has only a few sinks; my studio is right next to one of them. Our landlord, The Point, has been taken care of the artists buildings for nearly 30 years. When you and I will meet, I will introduce you to the people in the office. Once you sign the agreement, you get the daily pass that lets you drive through the security gate. My studio is on the second floor, with the view of the bay.
