The position available is as a maintenance technician for a condominium community located in the Bellevue/Kirkland area. There is a great variety to this position including: Property common area maintenance Communication with homeowners in a professional manner Working with the Board of Directors and Association Manager Property site inspections Oversee a variety of vendors and contractors Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools Seasonal Pool, supporting light maintenance and oversight Requirements: This position requires previous on-site maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of carpentry, painting, plumbing and minor landscaping. It also requires excellent communication skills. You should have good basic computer skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office products and be willing and able to learn new programs. To succeed in this field a person must be energetic, flexible, self-motivated and willing to take on problems and able to solve difficult situations.
