Here are the top stories in Denver today: A technician with the Denver Fire Department was taken to the emergency room on Monday after experiencing "an apparent cardiac event." Unfortunately he never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead around 4:00 pm. His identity has not been released, but he served the fire department for 19 years and was 42 years old. The total vacancy for office space in Denver has risen, but rates are 3.3% higher than they were last year because of amenities.
