Description

Hello I am interested in collecting honey bee swarms. This is a natural cycle of reproduction for honey bees that happens during spring and early summer. When a colony grows to a size to large for its current hive space/cavity the colony will split into sub colonies with new queens looking for their own hollow wooden space to call home. When this happens they ball up on a tree branch or in a bush while scouts look for potential new homes. During this time they can be captured and put into a bee hive to create wax and honey for human consumption.
