SANTA MONICA, CA — Two men in their 30s were arrested on suspicion of prowling and possession of methamphetamine during an attempted break-in, according to the Santa Monica Police Department Tuesday night. A resident reported that someone broke into his side gate and walked toward the rear door while holding a knife about 2:40 a.m. Monday at a home in the 2300 block of 4th Street, Lt.
