A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FINISH CARPENTER As a Finish Carpenter, you are responsible for completing the interior finishing touches on trim and carpentry work for various construction projects. Duties may include but not limited to cabinetry, decking, moldings, baseboards, windows, and doors. You may also be required to perform a variety of tasks requiring basic knowledge of carpentry. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FINISH CARPENTER A minimum of five (5) years proven experience as a finish carpenter. Must have sound working knowledge materials, methods, and the tools involved in construction of commercial buildings. Must have power tool experience with drills, nail guns, sanders and other tools. Must possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in this area of specialization. Ability to take direction and perform in a team atmosphere. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. CONSTRUCTION WORK SCHEDULE This full-time Finish Carpenter position works 40+ hours per week, usually working an early schedule depending on the individual project. READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
