Van-Smith Concrete Company Fulltime Employment Description: Van-Smith Concrete is a local family-owned business looking for an IMMEDIATE Full-Time Machine Operator with experience to help our team! 2 years of Machine Operator Experience preferred • Demonstrable previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator • Front End Loader • Adjusts control wheels, handles and depresses pedals to drive machinery and control attachments, such as blades, buckets, scrapers and swing booms • Perform a daily heavy equipment walk-around inspection and preventative maintenance responsibilities Great benefits below and home every night! • Hourly pay plus overtime **40 hour guarantee just for showing up on time ready to work each day** • Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Personal day pay • Performance bonuses (quarterly & annual) available.
