Press release from the West Chester Borough: September 21, 2021 Repairs at the Chestnut Street Garage will begin the week of August 16th and are expected to last several months.  There will be restricted elevator access to the 8th floor from August 23rd to September 12th.  This will be followed by restricted elevator access to the 7th floor from Sept. 13th to Oct. 3rd.
