ORLAND PARK, IL — Orland Park has officially become home to the 17th Raising Cane's location in the Chicagoland area Tuesday. The restaurant made its village debut with a line of customers that nearly snaked onto Lagrange Road, as many are flocking to the new chicken joint in town.
Raising Cane's — highly recognized for its chicken fingers — is located at 15011 S. Lagrange Road, adjacent to the Orland Square Mall. The location features a multi-lane drive-thru.
For the grand opening, the restaurant is promoting a chance to win free Cane's for a year. Raising Cane's will accept entries from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for its "Lucky 20" drawing to award 20 customers ages 13 and older free Cane's for a Year. Winners will be contacted on Sept. 22.
Winners will get the Raising Cane's reward card, good for up to 52 free Raising Cane's box combo meals. The reward card may be used one time per week during the 365 days following the first use of the reward card, according to Cane's. The approximate retail value of the prize is $364.
In April, Cane's announced it will be hiring over 85 local crew members for multiple positions ranging from management-level to hourly crew.
According to an April news release from the business, Cane's is consistently ranked among the top restaurant brands for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and customer service. In 2020, Sandelman ranked Raising Cane's the third-highest Restaurant brand in the U.S. for Overall Customer Satisfaction.
